Job Title: Business Development Professional

Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and segments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales & Revenue Target Achievement: Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Team Support & Coordination: Work closely with the business development manager and sales team to execute strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, pitch services/products, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client engagement and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, client requirements, and competition.
  • Customer Orientation: Focused on building long-term client relationships.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to support and coordinate with team members effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ year experience as a business development professional and a graduate from any of the following: diploma, BE/B.Tech.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
