Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated service engineer to join our team.
- This is a challenging role that requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will have experience in electrical/electronic, marine or instrumentation background with a strong understanding of automation systems. They will be responsible for ensuring all assigned service jobs are completed to the customer's satisfaction first time, every time.
- Key responsibilities include performing onboard service and onsite commissioning within the region and worldwide, participating in the testing, calibration and verification of system setup of products, and providing comprehensive remote support to customers.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and be able to travel up to 80% of their time across the Indian Sub-Continent, Middle East & African region.

- They will be expected to maintain the condition and certification of tools and equipment, and to recognize and accept HSE Roles & Responsibilities as defined in Company Policy and Procedures.
