Your expertise in remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, authentication protocols, and firewall management systems will be invaluable in providing timely and effective support.

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners">
  • Handle escalations from front-line and Tier 2 technical support teams">
  • Offer configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers">

  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues">
  • Publish technical support bulletins and other technical documentation">

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need more than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience. Your expertise in security services, including IDS/IPS, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication systems, is essential. Strong English written and verbal communication skills are also required.
