Job Title: Service Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineering Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the technical experts in solving service tasks, particularly those related to main bearing issues. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining failed component information, as well as regularly updating management on new potential serial defects.

This is an exciting opportunity that involves dealing with unexpected situations and time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex technical problems

  • Communicate effectively with technical experts and management

Career/Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years experience in Mechanical drive trains and roller bearings
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
