Job Title: Academic Sales Specialist

This is a dynamic role for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as an Academic Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and guiding potential clients through the process of upgrading their education and skills.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, who can confidently engage with prospective clients and convert leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have a strong active listening ability and problem-solving skills to understand the client's educational requirements and provide solutions accordingly.

  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)
  • Effectively explain services and convert leads into successful enrollments
  • Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
  • Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups
