Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential learners via inbound and outbound calls (leads provided) to discuss their educational aspirations and provide guidance on suitable programs.
  • Conduct need-based counselling sessions to understand and guide clients towards achieving their educational goals.
  • Promote academic programs and services with clarity and confidence, highlighting the benefits of each option.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our academic offerings.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets by effectively managing leads and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, lead management, and enrolments.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals, driving business growth through positive word-of-mouth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Tele sales, or Academic Sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different clients.
  • Confident, customer-centric, and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to multitask, handle objections, and close deals effectively, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building.
