Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Admissions Representative to join our team. As an Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospective students, following up on inquiries, and providing detailed information about our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to discuss their interests and educational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and progress within our CRM system.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls and interviews to assess interest and readiness to apply.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and enrollment teams to improve lead quality and engagement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from any field (B.Com, BA, BBA/BBM, BCA, BSc, BSW).
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in admissions or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
