Secure technical capabilities within a 24/7 Automated Operations environment as a Domain Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a continuous support role, providing technical assistance to customers and teams across the globe.
  • Possess sound knowledge of Microwave Technology and its applications.
  • Be responsible for troubleshooting Microwave systems, specifically the Cradlepoint 6xxx Series.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Cradlepoint Mini-link 6300, 6600 Series & Mini-link TN AMM series.
  • Possess hands-on experience with SO-EM/ENM and its various functionalities.
  • Perform software upgrade processes for Mini-link 6300, 6600 Series & Mini-link TN AMM series.
  • Demonstrate QoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6300, 6600 Series & Mini-link TN AMM series.
  • Handle Ethernet alarms and parameters with their corresponding troubleshooting processes.
  • Raise and update tickets in relevant tools for all issues handled/worked upon.
  • Report daily issues handled/escalated in shift reports.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues according to SLA commitments.
  • Possess good understanding of SLA/WLA concepts.
  • Be proficient in preventive activities using available performance reports from Microwave NMS.
  • Skilled in customer handling and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) identification.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Computer Science or Telecommunication.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in 2nd Level Engineer - functional role.
  • Good Technical Knowledge of Microwave Technology, preferably Cradlepoint 6K series.
  • Transmission or ENM experience preferred.
