Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in securing technical capability for Automated Ops 24/7 running of Services. This includes diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment, field technical support, and higher-level skill knowledge and operation experience in 2nd Level Troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosis: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Domain Support: Provide timely and effective support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Routine Resource Fulfilment: Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of DWDM, SDH, and IP Technology.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in 2nd Level Engineer - Functional Role.
  • Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunication).
