Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:
Sales and marketing professionals are sought after to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the cardiology segment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Clinical Excellence: Develop and maintain strong clinical knowledge to effectively communicate the value of Boston Scientific products to customers.
- Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research.
- Quality: Demonstrate a commitment to quality in all interactions and behaviors, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Distributor Management: Coach and manage distributors to ensure adequate inventory levels and smooth execution of orders.
- Selling Skills: Develop and maintain strong selling skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicate the value of Boston Scientific products.
- Business Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 8+ years of experience in team management and cardiology therapy.
