Job Title: Business Growth Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to associate with our organization and bring in new customers for insurance products.

  • Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with insurers to ensure smooth business operations and address any queries or issues raised by partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide guidance and motivation to drive business growth.
