Property Investment Specialist

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-obsessed individual to join our team as a Property Investment Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who takes extreme pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where you will have the opportunity to evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents to gain a thorough understanding of each deal.
  • Calculate key figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV to inform your analysis.
  • Use and maintain our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline your work and improve efficiency.
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations to help inform business decisions.
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Take ownership of your analysis and be accountable for the recommendations you make.
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal you review.
  • Update deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately and efficiently.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken) and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking, and have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc., and are able to apply them in a practical context.
  • Are meticulous in your work, checking your calculations and assumptions multiple times to ensure accuracy.
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure and remain calm and composed in high-stakes situations.
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Have strong integrity and are careful in your work, knowing that the numbers matter.
