Strategic Commercial Real Estate Manager

As a seasoned commercial real estate manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse portfolio. Your expertise in property management will ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects.

  • Manage assets with strategic precision to maximize value and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance, renovations, and repairs to enhance overall property quality.
  • Streamline vendor payments and mortgage obligations for timely financial management.
  • Protect our investment through proactive insurance coverage and claim management.
  • Efficiently enter lease data and rent schedules into our system.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and management regarding billing and lease matters.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and posting of tenant charges.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting leases, related documents, and financial information.
  • Expert-level skills in working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) are essential.
