Property Broker

Job Summary:

This is a contract remote role for a Real Estate Agent where you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to clients, meeting with them to understand their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities include marketing properties, preparing and submitting paperwork, and negotiating sales and rental agreements.

A strong understanding of the real estate market, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills, is essential for this role.

• Customer Service: Strong customer service and communication skills are required to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Real Estate Expertise: Extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate and property in Oman is necessary to provide expert advice and guidance.
• Sales Skills: Sales skills and experience in closing deals are crucial for success in this role.
• Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with real estate software and online marketing platforms is a plus, as well as previous experience in real estate and a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
