  • Collaborate with global teams including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
