Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead our tendering efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bid management and be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end bid processes for Oil and Gas, Energy sector projects.
  • Identify relevant tenders through various resources, including government portals and private companies.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with Execution teams, external parties, and update MIS reports/tender tracking updates.
  • Achieve order booking targets from tenders, business sales forecasting, and new empanelment/renewal with PSU and other agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in bidding/tendering, overall 10-15 years of experience.
  • MBA preferred with strategic and analytical ability, good writing, and calculation skills.
