Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on product development and strategy, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive product plans. This includes defining roadmaps for consumer durables financing products, conducting market research to assess demand and competitor offerings, and identifying customer segments.

Product Strategy & Planning
  • Create and execute product strategies that drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Product Development & Launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, ensuring seamless end-to-end journeys for customers
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate product features based on data-driven insights
Risk Management & Compliance
  • Liaise with credit and risk management teams to ensure robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place
  • Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
Stakeholder Management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including merchandising, analytics, operations, and partnerships teams
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with external partners, including retailers, OEMs, ecommerce platforms, and payment aggregators
Monetization & Profitability
  • Monitor P&L performance, margins, cost of funds, conversion rates, and default rates
  • Design and implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize yield and customer acquisition
Digital Enablement & Analytics
  • Enable digital journeys through eKYC, plug-and-play APIs, real-time credit judgment, disbursal, and repayment automation
  • Use data analytics to assess portfolio health and optimize product features
