Lead BIM Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in our Indian studio. As the lead BIM strategist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of BIM processes and standards across our local team.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring alignment with global technical and quality standards. You will also manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the studio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining BEPs, implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification
  • Managing communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the studio
  • Driving implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level

To succeed in this role, you will need to have hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company. Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance is also essential.

A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines is required, along with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience as an Indian qualified professional.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, able to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team. They will also have knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
