Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned BIM process lead to spearhead our Mumbai office's BIM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ISO19650-compliant BIM execution plans.
  • Roll out BIM standards across the Mumbai office, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive group-wide BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM best practices.
  • Manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with global BIM leadership.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification.
  • Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
  • Indian-qualified professional with a minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in architecture, engineering, or construction companies.
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
  • Knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.
  • Prior experience working with international client organizations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Available to join within 3 months of offer acceptance.
