BIM Project Lead

Our team seeks an experienced BIM project lead to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a BIM project lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of BIM implementation, from initial planning to final handover.

BIM Management Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in BIM deliverables by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows into existing processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in BIM project management, including BIM implementation, coordination, and data management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles, including clash detection, scheduling, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools.
