Job Title: BIM Modeler Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models and drawings for selected projects.

You will work closely with our regional offices and teams to ensure the production and verification of high-quality BIM models and drawings.

In this role, you will take ownership of technical quality assurance and client feedback, ensuring effective communication of any changes or modifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production and verification of BIM models and drawings
  • Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback
  • Proactively engaging with regional offices and teams regarding safe design requirements
  • Resolving issues and creating strong relationships with project colleagues
  • Reviewing work and driving a culture of checking and accountability

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10-14 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a recognized university
  • Sound technical knowledge and familiarity with British codes and drawing standards
  • Good knowledge of Revit, Plant 3D, BIM 360, and other software used for BIM modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
