We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategist to oversee the development and launch of high-impact products that drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical thinking, execution ownership, and user-centric instincts to own product charters from discovery to release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the product roadmap for operations and supply chain workflows across installation, warehousing, inventory, procurement, service logistics, and ticketing processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track releases, and coordinate engineering, QA, and business activities.
  • Conducting in-depth user research, gathering feedback, and developing product strategy documents, including business cases, use cases, and success metrics.
  • Collaborating with analysts and engineers to convert fuzzy ideas into structured, implementable solutions.
  • Tracking product adoption and impact through data-driven insights and driving continuous improvement post-launch.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in operations or supply chain-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, including installation, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.
  • Proven track record of launching scalable internal tools or workflow automation products.
  • Excellent written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Daily and Monthly Activities:
  • Defining and managing detailed product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and input on product development.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiar with Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
