Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues using standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide customer-facing updates on issue progress
  • Utilize existing knowledge bases to identify root causes of issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 60-80 WPM
  • Proven troubleshooting experience with complex issues
  • Support experience with methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills

Desirable Skills:

  • 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk
  • Knowledge of Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini, Notebook, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet)
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is a plus
