Key Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Performance Reports: Collect, analyze and summarize data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Lead Client/Vendor Reviews: Collaborate with clients and vendors to review and calibrate processes, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Resolve Client Queries: Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing routine issues efficiently.
- Innovate Internal Processes: Develop and implement innovative ideas to optimize internal metrics, ensuring timely delivery of critical results.
- Manage Multiple Teams: Oversee the performance of multiple teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform Audits and Quality Checks: Conduct regular audits and quality checks on team leads and floor supports to ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to team leads and floor supports, promoting growth and development.
- Ensure Cross-Skilling: Facilitate cross-skilling and periodic process re-verification to maintain a skilled and adaptable workforce.
- Identify Training Needs: Determine training needs for teams, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Implement Bottom Quartile Management: Develop strategies to address underperformance, driving improvement and excellence throughout the organization.
- Communicate Directives: Effectively communicate directives from senior leadership, ensuring prompt action and alignment with organizational goals.
- Hold Meetings and Discussions: Schedule regular meetings and discussions to delegate tasks, review progress, and address issues.
- Conduct Team Huddles: Facilitate team huddles and meetings to discuss operational updates, promote collaboration, and drive results.
- Foster Team Spirit: Organize group sessions, activities, and projects to build team spirit, encouraging a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Retain Staff: Implement career mapping and guidance programs to retain staff, promoting long-term employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Uphold organizational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards.
- Maintain Information Security: Ensure robust information security measures are in place, protecting sensitive data and preventing unauthorized access.
