Lead Innovation Strategist

We're seeking a visionary professional to collaborate with our leadership team in shaping and validating high-impact ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing deep-tech startup that's solving real-world problems through cutting-edge innovation.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy position designed for someone ready to drive business growth and build the next transformative company. As a Lead Innovation Strategist, you will work closely with the founding team across key strategic initiatives:

  • Identify and explore new venture opportunities in alignment with our mission
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead or support investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to define MVP specs and growth plans

The ideal candidate has strong entrepreneurial drive, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a knack for spotting market gaps and validating hypotheses. You should be an excellent communicator able to craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and teams. A background in deep-tech, AI/ML, climate tech, or relevant sectors is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
