Job Title: Content Strategist">

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Content Strategist to join our onsite content team in Mumbai, India. This role will provide consumer and market insight, inspiration, and strategic direction for leading beauty brands under the Personal Care category.

The Content Strategist will work closely with the content team leader and lead creators to develop insights and strategic responses to briefs. They will champion and drive a 'mobile first' and short-form content agenda in line with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 'best in class' content and strategies informed by consumer, category, channel, and performance insights supplied by internal teams and specialist partners.
  • Owner of best practice case studies which showcase global approaches to content.
  • Collaborate with central, brand, media, and agency partner teams to help craft the right brief for the defined job to be done.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a strategy role with content strategy as a core function.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, including social, mobile, search, display, dotcom, ecom, digital OHH.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience of FMCG, particularly in the personal care/skincare industry.
  • Confidence and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
