Job Overview:

We are seeking sales professionals to drive territory growth and expand distribution networks.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies from broad directives to achieve targets.
- Drive volume expansion across assigned territories.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company credit policies.
- Set performance targets for the primary network, considering volume growth and market potential.
- Build strong relationships with key customers across the territory.
- Optimize allocation and effective utilization of marketing budgets.
- Implement centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, and campaigns effectively.
- Establish market intelligence on competition and business environments.
- Ensure adherence to the company's health and safety policy.
- Plan, budget, and control expenses using effective monitoring systems.

Key Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automobile Engineering is preferred. Alternatively, a Master's degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Management is suitable.
- 6-8 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role and scope.
- Excellent team management skills and ability to handle teams effectively.
