Job Overview

Rooter Shop's digital commerce business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled professional to drive its success.

You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding a world-class catalogue of digital goods from domestic and international suppliers, as well as driving B2B revenue by selling these products in bulk to corporate clients, loyalty platforms, fintechs, and reseller networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Acquisition & Management
    • Identify and evaluate suppliers across India & globally.
    • Negotiate commercials (margins, rebates, payment terms) and service-level agreements.
    • Manage day-to-day supplier relationships to ensure price competitiveness and stock availability.
    • Work with Product, Finance & Ops to optimize cost and payout cycles.
  • B2B Sales & Key Account Management
    • Generate and qualify a pipeline of enterprise prospects: corporate gifting programs, loyalty & rewards platforms, fintech apps, e-commerce marketplaces, and offline distributors.
    • Craft solution decks, pricing models, and API/catalogue integrations tailored to each client.
    • Lead the full sales cycle—discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract, launch—and exceed quarterly GMV & margin targets.
    • Build long-term strategic partnerships and track account health.
  • Success Metrics:
    • Vendors onboarded per quarter & catalogue depth.
    • Average supplier margin across SKUs.
    • B2B GMV and gross profit.
    • Sales cycle length & conversion rate.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the digital commerce industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a proven track record of driving business growth through supplier acquisition and management, as well as B2B sales and key account management.

A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be an advantage.
