About This Role

As a seasoned professional in IT infrastructure and systems architecture, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Workflow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a focus on workflow automation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient workflows that align with business objectives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that workflows meet business needs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot workflow issues to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist - preferred.
  • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or similar modules.
  • Knowledge of database management, reporting, and ServiceNow security features.
