Our innovative Virtual Clinic-in-a-Clinic model empowers healthcare professionals to provide next-generation patient engagement through AI-driven workflows, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and conversational interfaces.

We are now expanding our Product Team in Bangalore to build intelligent applications that bridge healthcare workflows with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop new applications using agile coding platforms and lightweight development frameworks.
  • Design agentic workflows that automate tasks and augment clinical teams.
  • Innovate products by partnering with clinicians, operations, and product leadership.
  • Integrate new workflows seamlessly with APIs, EHR/EMR connectors, and existing product stack.
  • Rapidly prototype and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) quickly to validate concepts before scaling.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, or lightweight app frameworks.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (autonomous workflows, orchestrated AI agents).
  • Comfort working with APIs, JSON, and workflow automation tools.
  • Business Workflow Knowledge : Ability to grasp healthcare workflows (RPM, CCM, billing, scheduling, patient engagement) and map them into digital solutions.
  • Creative Problem-Solving : Strong bias for action, with ability to rapidly test, validate, and scale solutions.
  • Preferred : Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR/EMR integrations, or AI/ML-driven product development.
