About the Role

We're looking for a proactive builder at the intersection of AI and automation, someone who identifies manual, repetitive workflows and instinctively seeks smarter, faster solutions. In this role, you'll be the automation champion across our agency, identifying and executing on process improvements with AI-enhanced tools.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Audit department workflows (e.g., performance marketing, seo, operations, marketing, client delivery) to identify areas ripe for automation
  • Design and develop automation workflows using tools like Zapier, , and n8n
  • Integrate AI tools and chatbots into functional workflows for content, reporting, lead nurturing, and more
  • Prototype AI-first automation solutions and proof-of-concept demos.
  • Monitor and optimise automation reliability, error handling, cost efficiency, and performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to facilitate adoption, provide documentation, and conduct internal training demonstrations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools like Zapier, , and n8n
  • Familiarity with AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cladue) and chatbot platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON data structures, and platform integrations.
  • Ability to write custom logic using JavaScript or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complexity into clear workflows
