Automated Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automated Workflow Specialist to play a key role in building robust automated workflows for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in workflow automation and process improvement to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and test automated workflows using Control-M schedules in Distributed and Mainframe environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead them through complex requirements and ensure seamless workflow execution.
  • Review, analyze, and enhance departmental processes and procedures with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Develop and support in-house written automation tools and utilities to streamline workflow management.
  • Provide batch support for Mainframe and Distributed Control-M environments, ensuring timely resolution of workflow issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Change Management and Incident Processes to maintain workflow stability.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in large, complex integrated environments with a strong understanding of workflow automation principles.
  • High-level expertise in Control-M EM (Distributed) scheduling, as well as Control-M, Control-D, and Control-B Mainframe scheduling.
  • Proficiency in IBM Mainframe (Z/OS) including JES2, ISPF, TSO, JCL, REXX, Connect Direct, FileAid.
  • Experience with Endeavour code management and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor team members in workflow automation and process improvement.
