Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be part of a cutting-edge team responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered automated workflows. This is an ideal opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to business process innovation.

You will collaborate closely with domain experts to translate complex rules and manual steps into scalable AI/ML-driven automation on Databricks and Azure. Key responsibilities include developing and deploying automated workflows for regulatory processes, designing data pipelines, and leveraging Databricks for large-scale workflow management.

A key aspect of this position is the ability to productionize solutions using CI/CD tools, containerize workflows using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure, and partner with subject matter experts to redesign processes for scalability and auditability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
    • Python (expert-level), Prompt Engineering, LangChain / AutoGen (agentic workflows)
    • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring
    • Familiarity with regulatory/compliance data and workflows
    • CI/CD (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Docker/K8s, cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills
