Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in AI technology and contribute to the development of innovative automation solutions.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying intelligent ServiceNow Agents that enhance automation, service delivery, and analytics capabilities.
- This role requires expertise in the ServiceNow platform, AI Agent Studio, and integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow AI Agents using AI Agent Studio (no-code/low-code environment).
- Develop workflows, subflows, and process automation within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow AI Agents with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric.
- Enable AI Agents to call external tools and interact with LLMs, databases, or third-party AI models.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including AI Agent Studio and Integration Hub.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
