HR Assistant Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team in maintaining and updating employee records, organizing documents, and preparing reports. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital documents, including contracts and personnel files.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with compliance and audit preparation activities.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Help maintain inventory and order office supplies.
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
