We are seeking dynamic professionals who can build strong networks with undergraduate colleges and drive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with undergraduate colleges in the assigned city.
  • Represent the institution at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students.
  • Generate and nurture leads by promoting the PGDM program.
  • Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
  • Travel within the city and occasionally outside for outreach events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 1-year experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
  • Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
  • Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach.
  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in Management/Marketing/Education.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement.
