Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for scaling up our business by establishing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and hospitals. You will leverage your knowledge of the pharma/surgical industry to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and hospital administrators.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science is required.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharma/surgical industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.

- Leadership skills and experience in team management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with distribution software and technical expertise.
