About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled business development specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the GCC landscape.

  • This position requires someone with strong relationships with executives within the GCC landscape, experience in successfully growing and partnering with clients, and a focus on client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing customer profiles, creating account plans, and setting revenue/margin targets by services line at the account level.
  • Navigating accounts to identify various deals, building internal consensus, and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Leading client meetings and pursuing opportunities generated with pre-sales, partner units, and external partners.
  • Mentoring account teams and working closely with delivery leadership to provide developmental feedback.
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
Expertise You'll Bring:
  • Experience in hunting and farming with CROs and/or Pharma, with demonstrable existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in driving pursuits for large-size proposals and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and norms to spot opportunities and ensure conversion to business as per client needs.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and consultative skills to manage complex matrix environments.
