Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships.
Job Description:This role involves generating new leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing business accounts, presenting tailored solutions to clients, and collaborating with our celebrity team to propose customized solutions.
- Diversify revenue streams by acquiring new business accounts
- Build strong client relationships for retention and satisfaction
- Presentation and negotiation skills to close deals
You will work closely with our CRM system to manage leads and sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to conduct engaging presentations and explain complex solutions
