Job Title: Business Agreement Specialist
">As a Business Agreement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting business teams across various locations to draft, review and negotiate agreements related to business development, international trade and trusts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the interests of the company are protected while structuring agreements in line with the deal at hand.
">Main Responsibilities:
">Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements within India and cross-border transactions.
">Reviewing statutory compliances at different locations and suggesting remedial measures to ensure compliance.
">Analysing risks involved in business transactions and advising on mitigating liabilities for the company.
">Providing general legal advice and support to stakeholders from time to time.
">
Requirements:
">LL.B./ LL.M. degree from a recognized institution.
">Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
">Excellent communication and drafting skills.
">Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at various levels.
">Detail-oriented with good judgment and risk-mitigating skills.
">
Preferred Skills:
">Exposure to statutory compliances, litigation and intellectual property law would be advantageous.
">Familiarity with business operations and professional ethics.
">
Other Requirements:
">Any other licenses or trainings would be an added advantage.
