Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to take full ownership of designing and managing the backend architecture for a scalable web/mobile application. This role demands expertise with Node.js, Firebase, and MongoDB.

This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Own the entire backend architecture for a scalable app, from planning to deployment.
  • Develop user authentication and authorization (JWT, OTP-based login, session management).
  • Implement logic, user discovery algorithms, preference-based filters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years' experience in backend development with Node.js, Firebase, and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of token-based authentication and security practices.
  • Experience building scalable, real-time chat or messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage and services (Firebase, AWS S3).
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, and application scaling.
