Senior Software Architect Position

The role of Senior Software Architect is crucial in the development of our agent platform. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and building the core distributed systems that provide a reliable and scalable foundation for our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build: Develop foundational backend services that meet rigorous standards for performance and reliability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership through exemplary code and design documents.
  • Accountability and Impact: Take ownership of complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Tackle challenging technical issues in distributed computing and system architecture.
Qualifications:
  • More than 10 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • A strong bias for action and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, Postgres).
