We are seeking an experienced Named Account Manager to join our team in West India, responsible for driving sales engagements into strategic Enterprise accounts.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and disruption. As a Named Account Manager, you will work closely with systems engineers to create and implement strategic account plans targeting Enterprise-wide deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform.

Your primary objective will be to exceed sales quota by displacing competing technologies and building market share within your targeted list of major accounts. You will develop trusted relationships at a high executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Aquiring, leading, and developing major accounts within select strategic FSI accounts in West India
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted major accounts
  • Conducting effective presentations to C-level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
  • Selling through channel partners
  • Demonstrating knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings
  • Maintaining a rolodex of mid-to-senior level connects in the named accounts
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceeding quota sales experience
  • A rolodex of mid-to-senior level connects in the strategic FSI accounts in West India
  • Prior experience selling network infrastructure-based security appliances
  • Practical knowledge of routing and switching products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Channel partners
