Digital Ad Sales Manager

Roster a critical role in Rooter's growth strategy, we're seeking an experienced Digital Ad Sales Manager to lead our advertising efforts in the West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with brands and agencies.

Our platform offers live streaming, videos, and shorts, allowing users to engage with a community of gamers. Job DescriptionWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital ad sales. Your primary objective will be to drive online media sales, increasing revenue and establishing brand presence among online advertisers. Key responsibilities include:
- Pitching and selling advertising solutions to key accounts and clients
- BUILDING, MANAGING, AND SCALING A REVENUE PIPELINE WITH ADVERTISERS, ONLINE AD NETWORKS/AGENCIES, AND MAINTAINING A THRESHOLD OF AD SALES REVENUE MONTHLY
- Working closely with Operations and Brand Solutions Team to drive revenues with key agencies and clients
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital ad sales with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating, and closing deals
- Strong relationships with agencies and clients
- Skill set including solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.
