Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive testing plans to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Oversee the execution of various testing activities, including functional, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
  • Foster collaboration and participation in regular QA team meetings or triage calls.
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments.
  • Manage risks and deliverables to ensure that testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers and development teams to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges.
  • Provide accurate effort estimates for testing activities required for projects or deliverables.
  • Prepare customer-facing presentations for project deliverables as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software QA.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA/AzureDevops.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications.
  • Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Automation & Accessibility is an asset.

  4. You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  5. You are familiar with Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
