Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our deliverables. Your exceptional organizational skills and methodical approach will take our standards to the next level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspections and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm conformance to specifications.
  • Develop solutions to identified deliverable problems and assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Update inspection procedures to ensure proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Interpret and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ year experience in content creation or a related domain.
  • Proficient in reviewing content in non-English languages.
  • Strong computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology and methods.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and how QA functions within it.
