Senior QA Automation Specialist

As a seasoned expert in quality assurance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end test strategies, plans, and scripts using Selenium with Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
  • Plan and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Covering Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.
  • Perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.
  • Ensure test delivery assurance while complying with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certification in software testing or related field.
