We're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile apps, web platforms, backend systems, and machine learning-powered features.
Your primary role will involve manual testing of new and existing features, followed by automation testing as we expand our test coverage and capabilities.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs to guarantee seamless user experiences.
- Closely collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to drive feature rollouts while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed bug reports, working closely with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of QA experience in manual testing across mobile, web, and backend environments.
- A strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar is preferred.
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
