We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a product-based company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborating with developers and designers to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Creating and maintaining test documentation to improve QA workflows.
  • Conducting manual testing and building automated test suites for faster release cycles.
  • Ensuring usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Tracking and reporting bugs using JIRA/Trello; managing testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
  • Contributing to QA process improvements and release management practices.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.) and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Trello).
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Prioritizing product quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
