Job Title: Test Engineering Lead

This is a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle, overseeing the quality assurance process and leading the QA team in designing test procedures.


We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing testing procedures, executing test cases, and analyzing results.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to project manage.


A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field is required, as well as 3-4 years of experience in QA engineering.


A strong understanding of automation tools, such as J meter, Penetration Test, and Load Test, is essential.


Familiarity with Network/VPN and high-level analytical skills are also highly desirable.


A critical thinker with advanced written and verbal communication skills, you will be able to effectively report bugs and errors to development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with software designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
  • Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
  • Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
  • Executing test cases (Automation and Manual) and analyzing results.
  • Reporting bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience of 3-4 years as a QA engineer.
  • Automation.
